A little bit about me

After years of trying to do it all and never feeling good enough I knew something had to change!

Struggling through the trials and tribulations of modern life has ignited a passion in me to help others and find another way!

Lots of trial and error, multiple mental health courses, accreditations and most importantly my own experiences led me to write 'Meditation and Mindfulness for a Hectic Life'.

The overwhelming success and positive feedback prompted me to then release 'Positivity and Resilience for a Hectic Life'.

I now offer life coaching, wellness and personal growth sessions. This has been an enormous privilege and I have met some truly amazing people along the way.

I am proud to continue to offer a range of different options to help create and calmer and happier you.

A truly personalised and bespoke approach that will work in the modern world!
